Sales Manager - Packaging

About the OpportunityWe are growing our business in the United States and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to become part of our international team.Position OverviewIn this role, the Sales Manager will focus on expanding our U.S. customer base, developing new business, and strengthening long-term client partnerships. The position will work closely with teams across our global organization to provide packaging, trims, RFID, and sustainable product solutions to customers in the apparel, home textile, and retail industries.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and pursue new business opportunities throughout the U.S. marketDevelop and maintain lasting relationships with customers and industry partnersGain an understanding of customer requirements and identify products and solutions that best meet their needsPartner with international teams to coordinate pricing, quotations, samples, production, and deliveriesOversee customer projects and ensure clients receive responsive, professional service throughout the processTravel to customer meetings and participate in relevant trade shows and industry events as neededQualifications & ExperienceBackground in packaging, apparel trims, textiles, fashion, retail, or a related fieldDemonstrated success in account management, sales, and/or business developmentFamiliarity with the U.S. apparel, home textile, retail, or packaging industriesExisting relationships and connections within the industry are highly valuedExcellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skillsSelf-directed, motivated, and comfortable working independentlyAbility and willingness to travel within the United StatesMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesJoin Our TeamThis is an opportunity to play an important role in the continued growth of an international packaging organization while developing relationships and business opportunities across the U.S. market.
