Accounting Manager – Exciting Opportunity with Our Client! Location: Indianapolis, IN (Fully On Site) Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Accounting Manager to lead their finance team and drive accurate, timely financial reporting. Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager Lead the accounting team as the primary Accounting Manager Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee general ledger maintenance and reconciliations Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives Provide guidance to staff and serve as a key liaison with leadership Qualifications Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to mentor and develop team members Why Join Our Client as an Accounting Manager?
