What You'll Do Owntheday-to-dayaccountingfunctionfromstarttofinish Managemonth-endclose,financialreporting,reconciliations,generalledger,AP/ARoversight,andcashflow Leadallconstructionaccountingactivitiesincluding: JobCosting Work-in-Progress(WIP)Reporting AIABilling RevenueRecognition ProjectFinancialReporting Partnercloselywithoperationsandprojectteamstoensureprojectprofitability Developbetterprocesses,reporting,andinternalcontrolsasthecompanycontinuestoscale CollaboratewithexternalCPApartnersontaxandyear-endactivities Helpbuildtheaccountinginfrastructureforthenextstageofcompanygrowth What We're Looking For 3+yearsofconstructionaccountingexperience Strongunderstandingof: JobCosting WIPReporting AIABilling PercentageofCompletionAccounting ExperienceusingQuickBooks(Enterprisepreferred) Comfortablebeingaone-personaccountingdepartment Provenabilitytobuildprocesses,improveworkflows,andcreatestructure Highlyorganizedwithexceptionalattentiontodetail Someonewhoenjoyssolvingproblemsinsteadofwaitingfordirection Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossalllevelsofthebusiness The Right Person Is...
