Accounting Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an Indianapolis distribution firm seeking an Accounting Manager. This role reports to the Controller and will oversee day-to-day accounting operations across AP, AR, and General Ledger functions. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting a high-volume accounting environment. The company is seeking someone who can manage people, stay close to the details, support month-end close, maintain controls, and help improve processes as the business continues to grow.
