The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic Finance/Accounting professional. They will understand financial concepts and how these relate to operational procedures and outcomes.Detailed ResponsibilitiesMaintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and dataEnsures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closingEnsures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbookManages payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processEnsures all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basisClearly communicates financial results to management on a regular basisProvides accurate and targeted financial analysis as requestedOther duties, as assignedSkills and Experience3 + years in a Finance/Accounting roleEcommerce experience preferredHigh level of Excel literacyExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work non-standard hours as dictated by event scheduleAt Levy, team = family.
