Job TitleJob InformationDate Opened 05/06/2026Job Type: Full timeIndustry: AccountingCity: IndianapolisState/Province: IndianaCountry: United StatesZip/Postal Code: 46262Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Maintain our balance sheet and monthly journal entriesPrepare financial statements, schedules, and reportsProcess bi-weekly payroll, including tax filings and complianceManage the full accounts payable and receivable cyclesTrack fixed assets and calculate depreciation in our accounting systemReview and approve business expenses and corporate credit card chargesComplete ad hoc accounting projects and analysesRequirements:Have 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a fast-paced environmentHave a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldHave proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar accounting softwareHave experience of working in fast-paced startup environmentsAre comfortable handling ambiguity and working with minimal supervisionTake the initiative to take your knowledge of processes and systems and recommend well-considered improvementsKnow how to implement a change and are good at predicting what the effects of it will be; you know how to "get it right" the first time
