Accounting ManagerLocation: Indianapolis, INSalary: $110,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)We are recruiting on behalf of a respected Indianapolis employer seeking an Accounting Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who is ready to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activitiesManage month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review financial statementsSupervise and mentor accounting staffCollaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecastingEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal policiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA designation preferred7 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsWhy Apply:Competitive pay ($110k–$140k DOE)Full benefits packageCareer growth with a respected Indianapolis employerClear advancement pathways to senior leadership
