Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.A Day in the LifeThis role provides international (INTL) portfolio leadership for the Spine Hardware & Biologics portfolio, with a primary focus on portfolio phase-in/phase-out (lifecycle) planning, surgeon Voice of Customer (VOC) collection to inform upstream development, and downstream launch readiness. The position works across multiple time zones and builds strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Regulatory, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, while serving as a key link between INTL regions and US-based project teams.Primary Responsibilities:Regional surgeon Voice Of Customer (upstream support)Lead the collection of surgeon VOC for assigned region to support upstream development projects, including identifying priority customer segments, designing VOC approaches, and synthesizing insights into actionable inputs for US project teams and other stakeholdersPartner with regional clinical, sales, and marketing stakeholders to ensure VOC is representative, timely, and aligned to portfolio strategy needsPortfolio management & lifecycle planning (phase-in/phase-out)Own INTL portfolio lifecycle planning for assigned products/SKUs, including phase-in/phase-out guidance to regions and coordinated execution planningDrive strategy alignment across INTL regions for lifecycle decisions, ensuring consistent guidance, timing assumptions, and readiness expectationsLead structured, proactive communication to project teams to ensure upstream and life-cycle decisions reflect INTL market needs, constraints, and timingDownstream launch readiness & cross-functional alignmentSupport downstream launch readiness planning to enable successful launches across INTL regionsAlign cross-functional partners (Operations, Regulatory, Finance, Marketing, and Sales) around launch readiness deliverables, timelines, risks, and mitigation plansCoordinate readiness workstreams to support regional execution, including planning materials, enablement needs, and operational/regulatory constraints that may impact launch timingRegional enablement & strategic marketing supportProvide focused enablement and strategic marketing support to regional marketing teams, including guidance on messaging adaptation, launch sequencing considerations, and lifecycle transition communications.Facilitate best-practice sharing across regions to improve consistency and speed of executionWorking conditionsTravel: Quarterly International (Singapore, Australia and Japan)(1X) monthly travel within US as neededWork schedule: Requires flexible work hours due to support across time zonesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and typically 7+ years of relevant medical device experience, or advanced degree with typically 5+ years of relevant medical device experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience in spine/CST with an understanding of the marketplace, INTL regions, and key market trends to support regions strategicallyExperience working across INTL cultures and navigating the human element to the work environmentExperience partnering with commercial teams (Sales/Marketing) and operational teams (Operations/Supply Chain) to execute time-bound transitions across regionsExperience managing surgeon relationships related to upstream product development feedback and downstream commercialization effortsDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional planning and executing complex transitions or programs end-to-end (e.g., product lifecycle, launch readiness, supply-to-commercial coordination, or portfolio operations)Strong project management capability: building integrated plans, driving accountability, managing risks/issues, and delivering measurable outcomesFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
