Capabilities Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution. Manage day‑to‑day configuration and operation of client/server, storage, network devices and mobile devices. Support system operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all devices. Manage escalation and communicate status to agency management and internal customers. Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, install and maintain software, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Support design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware. Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration. Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets. Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform capacity analysis and planning. Possess a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service‑Oriented Architecture. Support dispatch system and participate in hardware problem resolution. Required Qualifications TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph clearance. Ten (10) years’ experience as a Senior Analyst in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of additional Senior Analyst experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
