POSITION TITLE: Health Center Manager LOCATION: Derry, NH HOURS: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week, Salaried (Exempt) POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for the administrative oversight of health center operations to include staffing, patient access and experience, staff development and experience, facility management, and budget adherence. Ensures adherence to all applicable policies and procedures, PPFA & PPNNE standards, and state & federal regulations. Create and sustain an environment of trust, ensuring ongoing and relevant communications with employees, creating opportunities for employees to contribute to improving initiatives, and connecting how employees work at all levels to contribute to PPNNE patients' positive experience. Director of Clinical Care and Regional Clinical Directors oversee the quality of clinical care delivery. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the day-to-day operations of the health center to keep everything running smoothly for patients and staff. Leads and supports the team by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and creating a respectful, positive work environment. Ensures patients receive timely, high-quality care by organizing schedules, maintaining clinic flow, and keeping the space safe and well-equipped. Monitors performance and operations, using data to identify issues and make improvements when needed. Supports staff development through training, feedback, and opportunities for growth. Oversees budgeting, supplies, and administrative processes to keep the health center efficient and compliant. Builds relationships in the community to increase awareness of services and connect patients with care.
