The Impact You'll Make
As a Prep Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be the backbone of our culinary operations. Your meticulous preparation ensures that every dish meets our high standards for freshness, flavor, and presentation. From chopping vegetables to crafting sauces, you’ll set the stage for our chefs to create meals that delight our guests and keep them coming back.
What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh ingredients daily—wash, chop, portion, and store produce, proteins, and other essentials.
- Assist in making dressings, marinades, and sauces according to Urth Caffé recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe prep station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
- Support special menu items and seasonal offerings with precise preparation.
What You'll Bring

- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or prep environment (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person).
- Knowledge of basic kitchen tools and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
