Presales Consultant 4, Print Systems This role is responsible for building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, advising and influencing their strategic decisions, and tackling unique customer issues. The role collaborates with internal teams on account planning, sales strategy, and solution customization while mentoring junior team members. It navigates technical customer challenges to achieve satisfaction and organizational growth. Responsibilities Lead the design of complex, innovative, and strategic solutions that address unique customer challenges and align with long‑term organizational goals. Foster deep, strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing business decisions. Deliver compelling presentations to executive‑level customers, articulating the value proposition of the organization’s solutions in alignment with customer business goals. Develop and execute strategic account plans for high‑profile customers, coordinating with sales teams to ensure long‑term satisfaction and growth. Design and implement intricate integrations with third‑party solutions, showcasing the organization’s ability to connect diverse technologies. Address complex technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem‑solving skills. Lead or contribute to high‑impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, or enhance customer experience. Identify potential risks associated with complex solutions and develop strategies to mitigate them. Organize innovation workshops to explore new ways to address customer challenges and create novel solutions. Act as a mentor to junior team members, guiding their professional growth and promoting a culture of excellence. Education & Experience Recommended: Four‑year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 7‑10 years of experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field. Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required; TS/SCI preferred. Compensation The on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $147,300 to $231,300 USD annually with an 80%/20% salary/incentive mix. Pay varies by location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
