Housing Case Manager — Outreach & Stabilization

The City of Riverside is accepting applications for the position of Housing Case Manager (Confidential)* to fill one vacancy in the Department of Housing and Human Services. The ideal candidate will conduct housing case management, develop individual service plans, provide counseling, crisis intervention, and resource referrals for homeless individuals and families.
