DESKTOP & MOBILE SUPPORT SPECIALIST 1

Desktop & Mobile Support Specialist Position type: Fulltime - Contract role Duration: 6 Months Location: San Antonio, TX Responsibilities Unpack, configure, and deploy new hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals). Provide end-user training on basic functionality of supported devices and software. Document troubleshooting guides, installation procedures, and training materials. Relocate and set up desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals as needed. Research and develop alternative solutions for new or complex technical problems. Record and track all support interactions in the ticketing system. Maintain and update technical skills through independent research and training. Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Associate Degree in Computer Maintenance Technology, Help Desk Support, Computer Network Administration, or related field OR equivalent relevant IT work experience. Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of personal computers and hardware. Basic knowledge of PC networking concepts and Windows Active Directory. Familiarity with LCD projectors, monitors, printers, and plotters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook). Preferred Skills & Qualifications Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional). Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
