As we wrap up our fourth year as an agency, I’m proud to lead a team of six dedicated individuals, each bringing unique skills and a willingness to learn and help others. I started as a team member and my goal is to support those on my team who aspire to one day open their own agency, just as I was supported. Our non-toxic, supportive culture prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and creating a positive workplace where people actually enjoy coming to work. Together, we help customers find peace of mind in life’s uncertainties and give back through projects like Habitat for Humanity and mission trips. If you’re coachable, driven, and have a heart for service, we’d love to hear from you! ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Anthony Quillian - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
