in need of an LVN to provide support to a 7th grade female student at RSM Intermediate School. 

Assignment Details:

• Work Extended School Year (ESY)- start date: 6/11/26-7/10/26 and Regular School Year (RSY) dates: 8/19/26-6/10/27. RSY school hours are Monday-Friday 7:20am to 3:45pm. 

Below are the LVN requirements:

• Okay with bussing to/from school with student (ESY bussing information will be provided first week of June) 
• Continuous Oxygen management (waiting on orders to confirm)
• Transferring/toileting assistance
• G-Tube feedings/monitoring of G-Tube 
• Monitor/respond to seizure activity 
• Wound care if applicable; waiting on confirmation if incision is completely healed
