Route Sales Representative

Two days off per week guaranteed but exact days off each week may vary. Early mornings, holidays, weekends expected. Hours range between 48-52 per week. Descriptions & requirements Job Description $64,000 per year target earnings $3,000 retention bonus paid within 2 years of employment (based on performance and eligibility) In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing: Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time Work in a fun, fast paced, and physical environment We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule! Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this type of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
