Bradley Highway) Start Date: 07/13/2026 Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm End Date/Duration: Ongoing based on assignment Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum/Temporary License/Certifications: Board-Certified Physician in Family Medicine Experience: Prior outpatient, adult, pediatric, and gynecology experience required Pay & Benefits: Pay rate: Competitive hourly pay discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave according to applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and misc. reimbursements (when applicable) Malpractice coverage included Orientation fee: 1/2 of hourly rate What You’ll Do: Provide primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in outpatient settings Perform gynecological exams, pelvic exams, and pap smears Interpret EKGs and manage patient care from newborn to geriatric populations Collaborate with support staff, including Medical Assistants and Patient Access Representatives Utilize Cerner EHR system for documentation and patient records Maintain efficient patient flow, approximately 20 patients per day Follow protocols including clocking in/out via DocTime and ensuring billing compliance What You Need: Active, unrestricted Medical License in Michigan Board-Certified in Family Medicine Experience with adult outpatient, pediatric, gynecology, and EKG interpretation Comfortable managing diverse patient populations (newborn to elderly) Strong documentation and communication skills About the Assignment: This assignment at McLaren Northern Michigan offers a chance to work in a well-established health care system renowned for its quality care and community focus.
