This is a senior field leadership role where you'll have full ownership of jobsite performancefrom planning and sequencing to safety, quality, and final commissioning. What You Bring 15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, ideally in data centers Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams Deep knowledge of building systems, including: Structural, concrete, and framing systems HVAC, plumbing, chilled water systems Electrical systems, including high/medium voltage and emergency power Expertise in construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environments Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing high-performing teams Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving project environment Understanding of craft jurisdiction and union environments Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to Have Experience with hyperscale data center builds OSHA 30 certification Experience leading commissioning and startup activities Track record of developing future field leaders
