SSD Applications Engineer (Mandarin Speaking)Position OverviewWe are seeking a customer-focused SSD Applications Engineer to support the integration, validation, and optimization of advanced SSD and memory solutions. This role serves as a key technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring successful deployment and performance of NVMe SSD products in enterprise and client environments. The ideal candidate combines strong SSD/memory system knowledge, hands-on debugging experience, excellent customer communication skills, and fluency in both Mandarin and English.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with customers to integrate, validate, and troubleshoot SSD and memory solutions in host platforms and production environments.Provide technical support throughout the customer lifecycle, from evaluation and qualification to deployment and post-launch support.Analyze SSD performance, reliability, and system-level issues, and drive root-cause resolution with firmware and hardware teams.Execute validation plans and develop test automation for functional, performance, and stress testing.Perform protocol-level debugging of NVMe and PCIe interfaces using industry-standard tools.Translate customer requirements into engineering solutions and provide technical training, documentation, and best practices.Support pre-sales and technical engagements with global customers, particularly Mandarin-speaking partners.QualificationsFluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to effectively support customers and partners in both languages.3+ years of experience in SSD, NAND flash, storage, or memory system technologies.Strong understanding of SSD architecture, NVMe, storage protocols, and system integration.Experience working directly with customers, managing technical issues, and driving successful resolutions.Hands-on experience with validation, performance characterization, and failure analysis in customer or lab environments.Knowledge of PCIe architecture and protocol analysis tools preferred.Experience with scripting or automation tools (Python, Shell, or C/C++) is a plus.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.#enghpBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionPTO401k
