Peloton is actively seeking a highly experienced and team-oriented senior sales professional to partner with our global consulting team as we continue our growth in the market. The Sales Executive will play an integral role in the expansion of Peloton's Anaplan Practice through the identification, nurturing, and closing of Anaplan and Pigment Consulting Services engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling our consulting services into mid-market and up-market companies (companies over $500 million in annual revenue) across industries.
- Identify leads via targeted account lists, campaigns, networking, events, and/or other sources.
- Develop executive and C-suite relationships within the channel.
- Convert leads into qualified pipeline.
- Understanding of key industry trends and client planning needs to develop and deliver compelling value propositions around connected planning.
- Effectively lead a strategic, value-driven, and complex sales process.
- Strategically align with Anaplan and Pigment Channel/AE teams and co-sell alongside their sales organizations.
- Qualify, develop, advance, and convert new and existing client opportunities.
- Collaborate with the local market team to develop account strategies and close plans.
- Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts and the Anaplan and Pigment partner networks.
- Identify a customer's business needs and articulate what type of connected planning and modeling solutions can address those needs.
- Effectively build client presentations, deliver tailored messaging, and prepare services proposals.
- Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process.
- Deliver against agreed-upon sales targets that meet both individual sales and financial goals.
- Interact with partners (Anaplan and Pigment) to jointly market and sell to mutual customers, share leads, and position solutions.
- Make significant contributions to the local team and the company sales culture.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Ownership of updates to Peloton's internal salesforce application and Anaplan sales forecasting model
- Work with Peloton's alliance and marketing team to support conferences, marketing campaigns and social media communications
- Collaborates with the Legal team to shepherd SOWs, NDAs, and other contractual documents through the review and approval process, ensuring timely execution and no project delays due to outstanding agreements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 8+ years of experience in Enterprise-level sales, with 5+ years of experience selling EPM, CPM, or Connected Planning applications/services.
- Pre-existing relationships with Anaplan and/or Pigment direct sellers (AEs, RVPs).
- Demonstrated success with a solution-selling / C-Level relationship-selling approach.
- Strong understanding of modern multi-dimensional planning concepts (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Merchandise/Assortment planning, and Workforce) and a track record of success selling multi-pillar connected planning engagements.
- Experience in territory planning and territory development in an emerging or fast-growing market segment.
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, well organized and exceptional time management skills.
- A Strategic thinker with proven experience navigating through a complex sales process.
- Strong Objection Handling and problem-solving skills.

- Must be open to client travel.
Compensation:
Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 to $190,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
