Overview

Key Responsibilities- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles.
- Inspect and replace filters, fluids, and other essential components as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in accordance with dealership standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Proven experience as an oil change technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications from recognised automotive training programs.
- Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and diagnostics.
