Location: Port St. Lucie, FL Position Type: Full-Time About the Role As a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in helping customers schedule services and ensuring our technicians are supported throughout the day. You will communicate with homeowners, coordinate service appointments, and assist with daily administrative responsibilities that help keep operations running smoothly. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities for this role may include: Answering incoming phone calls from customers Scheduling plumbing and HVAC service appointments Coordinating technician dispatch and daily schedules Assisting customers with service inquiries Managing appointment confirmations and follow-up calls Maintaining accurate customer records and service notes Supporting general office administration tasks This role helps ensure customers receive prompt and professional service from the moment they contact our company.
