Medical Office Manager (Practice Manager)

The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM-accredited, 100% employee-owned company. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our growing team. The Practice Manager will oversee our Patient Services Representatives and front-office operations across multiple locations while helping ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience.

The Practice Manager will work closely with clinical and administrative leadership to support daily operations, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain a positive patient experience throughout the organization. This position plays a key role in driving performance, supporting staff development, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Locations: Orland Park, Naperville, and Chicago, IL (the primary/home office for this position will be in Orland Park)

Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)

Travel Requirements:

• Travel to both our Orland Park and Naperville locations twice per week is required
• Travel to our Chicago location once every other week is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned practice locations
• Lead, coach, and develop administrative staff
• Ensure exceptional patient service and professionalism across all locations
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
• Monitor staffing, workflows, and office efficiency
• Develop and maintain effective administrative processes and procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve patient and provider experience
• Support day-to-day practice operations and address operational challenges
• Monitor office supplies, facility needs, and vendor services
• Assist with compliance initiatives and company policies
• Support performance tracking and reporting
• Rotate regularly between locations to support operations and staff
• Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives

Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of healthcare office management or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel to all practice locations
• Experience in a medical or specialty physician practice preferred
• Experience optimizing clinic workflows preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle operations
