Temp - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

This position follows TrioWFS's clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hours-via phone and text where applicable-with decisions typically made the same day or next business day. Applicants who are looking for more than 7 days off, who are seeking more than 50% of holidays off, and/or have negative background or employment history are not eligible for the same processing timeline. ****If a new grad, candidate will not get the clinical interview process, they will be presented to the facility for review****

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents with kindness and clinical skill
• Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants during your shift
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Accurately document care and maintain resident records
• Participate in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomes
• Promote safety, infection control, and policy compliance throughout your shift
• Provide assistance with daily resident needs as required

• Provider must have 1+ years minimum of current LPN experience - [REQUIRED]
• No 1st time travelers! Must have successfully completed 1+ travel assignments in the last year- [REQUIRED]
• Must be willing to complete fingerprints and medical within 24-48 hours upon acceptance - [REQUIRED]
