Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Cloud Lead to drive product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and delivery for Salesforce-based initiatives. This is a leadership-level role requiring strong product knowledge of Salesforce Cloud , combined with program management and stakeholder management expertise .
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce product capabilities, recent platform enhancements, and product roadmap developments from the past 18 months , while also being able to work closely with business teams, product managers, and development teams to prioritize and deliver business value.
This role requires someone who can act as a technology representative in leadership discussions , manage cross-functional teams, and guide product planning and delivery across multiple features and products.


Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud products and platform capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce product roadmap and new functionality launched within the last 18 months.
• Extensive experience in Program Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Strong experience in product prioritization, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Ability to work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to drive decision-making.
• Experience managing multi-product and multi-feature initiatives.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management including backlog creation, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and release planning.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Salesforce-driven enterprise environments.
• Prior experience in director-level or leadership roles within product or technology teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams.
