Join R Scott Tucker and Associates Inc as an Assistant Property Supervisor in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, CA. This exciting role offers the opportunity to support property management operations while working with a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily property operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support the property supervisor in tenant relations and communication.
- Help manage property budgets and financial reporting.
- Conduct property inspections and assist in maintaining compliance standards.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
- Maintain organized records of leases, contracts, and other important documents.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in real estate is a plus.
