Property Supervisor - Affordable Housing & Compliance

The Community Corporation of Santa Monica is seeking a Property Supervisor to manage approximately 550 affordable housing units in Santa Monica. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of multi-family housing regulations and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both staff and residents. This role involves supervising Resident Managers, ensuring compliance with lease provisions and legislative requirements, and providing outstanding customer service. A minimum of 5 years in property management is required, along with familiarity with fair housing laws and local ordinances.
