**Job Summary:**

BrightCare HomeCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Caregiver** to join our team in Slidell, Louisiana. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses in the comfort of their own homes. Our personalized care plan is designed to cater to each client's unique personal and health needs, and we are looking for a dedicated and expert Caregiver to help us achieve this goal.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their homes
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
* Support clients with mobility issues, using assistive devices and adaptive equipment as needed
* Monitor and report clients' conditions, progress, and concerns to the healthcare team
* Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services and activities
* Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments

**Requirements:**

* **Caregiver** experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
* Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
* Compassionate and caring approach to working with clients
* Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with ease
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
