**Responsibilities:**

• **Schedule caregivers**: Coordinate the scheduling of caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the high-quality care they deserve.
• **Manage client schedules**: Work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and create personalized schedules that meet those needs.
• **Coordinate transportation**: Arrange for transportation to and from appointments, doctor's visits, and other events as needed.
• **Communicate with caregivers**: Ensure that caregivers have all the necessary information and resources to provide exceptional care to our clients.
• **Resolve scheduling conflicts**: Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and find creative solutions to ensure that our clients receive the care they need.
• **Maintain accurate records**: Accurately maintain records of caregiver scheduling, client needs, and any changes or updates.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
