R&I Personal Independence - Compliance ManagerThe Opportunity As a R&I Personal Independence - Compliance Manager you will lead risk and compliance work focused on regulatory requirements, internal controls, and the delivery of practical solutions that help the firm navigate a changing regulatory environment. As a Manager you will motivate, develop, and coach team members, manage performance, and take ownership of project planning and delivery while using sound judgment, integrity, and technology to support quality outcomes. In this role at PwC, you will guide work within our Risk and Compliance practice, bringing structure to complex issues, supporting stakeholder needs, and helping advance business strategies that strengthen risk management across the organization.ResponsibilitiesManaging personal independence compliance workstreams and guiding team members through regulatory requirements and policy applicationReviewing independence assessments, risk documentation, and related evidence to validate alignment with firm standards and regulatory guidanceCoordinating monitoring activities across business units to identify potential conflicts, exceptions, and control gapsDeveloping practical solutions for complex compliance issues and escalating significant matters when neededCoaching staff on independence policies, risk identification, and documentation practices to strengthen day to day executionSupporting process improvement efforts by streamlining procedures, refining controls, and using digital tools to improve workflow efficiencyInterpreting regulatory updates and translating changes into clear operational actions for stakeholdersMaintaining accurate records, reporting trends, and presenting findings that support informed decision makingWhat You Must HaveAt least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degreeAt least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You ApartPreference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk Management/InsuranceDemonstrating coursework in enterprise risk, governance, or complianceShowing internship experience in risk, audit, or internal controlsApplying analytical thinking to policy, process, or control reviewsUsing technology tools for tracking, reporting, or workflow managementCommunicating findings clearly across teams and stakeholdersMentoring peers while managing multiple prioritiesTravel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
