People & Culture Consultant

To provide project-based support to the People & Culture team, the part-time People & Culture Special Projects Consultant will focus on executing priority projects, developing tools and resources, and ensuring the completion and implementation of initiatives in a remote capacity from September 1 through December 15, 2026. Key responsibilities Support the completion and rollout of the revised Employee Handbook and related policies, including developing FAQs and implementation resources Develop and facilitate employee and manager training based on approved policies and procedures, creating necessary materials and supporting training sessions Review and improve existing People & Culture processes, including onboarding and offboarding, and document approved workflows and guidance Required qualifications 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in human resources, People Operations, or organizational development Experience with employee handbook and policy implementation Proficiency in developing training materials and conducting training sessions Familiarity with HR process improvement and project management Experience with HR systems, preferably BambooHR or a comparable HRIS
