Full-Time Licensed Child Psychologist

Upshur Bren Psychology Group is excited to be accepting applications for a **full-time licensed child and adolescent psychologist**. This position is ideal for someone interested in working in an intimate and warm group practice setting with creative and collaborative clinicians. We offer flexibility in hours and scheduling and provide weekly case consultation and supervision. Additional training and supervision in specific modalities, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, family systems, DBT, ACT, SPACE, brief relational psychotherapy, mother-infant dyadic training, maternal mental health/perinatal therapy, and parenting coaching are available. All candidates must be willing to work a hybrid schedule, offering sessions **virtually** as well as **in-person** in our Westchester Office. The position offers competitive fee-for-service compensation based on the therapist's current level of professional experience, as well as a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Applicants who bring a desire to learn, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness to the position are always a great fit with our practice. **Qualifications:** * Have obtained a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited graduate program in psychology* Have a license to practice in New York State* Competence and experience working with children and adolescents is essential* Ability to work a hybrid schedule, offering sessions virtually as well as in-person in our Westchester Office (full-time employment includes min 3-4 days per week in-person during after-school hours)* The ideal candidate is warm, friendly, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and values contributing to a team **About the Practice:** Upshur Bren Psychology Group is an intimate, boutique psychology practice with a focus on providing high-quality treatment to families at all points on the developmental timeline. We provide therapeutic services as well as consultations and wrap-around services (e.g. parent coaching, school advocacy and consultation, play therapy, neuropsychological evaluations, etc). We work with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. We also specialize in helping new and expecting parents transition into parenthood with parent-infant support as well as treatment for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. All of our services are offered as a hybrid model, offering telehealth using HIPAA-compliant video as well as in-person sessions in our offices in Pelham, NY.
