Associate Dentist – Private Practice | San Jose, CA 2 days/week to start | Fridays available | No non-compete About the Practice Established and respected private practice Strong hygiene program and loyal patient base Modern digital workflow Experienced, supportive clinical team Owner dentist actively practicing and available for mentorship if desired Position Details 2 days per week to start (including Fridays) Bread-and-butter general dentistry Opportunity to grow additional days if mutually desired Clinical autonomy within a conservative treatment philosophy Compensation & Support 30–32% of collections Daily guarantee during initial ramp-up Malpractice coverage provided CE allowance California-compliant agreement (no non-compete) Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: Practice ethical, patient-first dentistry Communicate well with patients and team members Are comfortable starting part-time and growing thoughtfully Prefer private practice rather than corporate dentistry Hiring Process Introductory conversation Paid working interview / shadow day Mutual decision — transparent and low-pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr University of Minnesota School of Dentistry
