Automotive Sales Consultant

CAPITAL of Lexington is growing, and we are looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Automotive Sales team! Whether you are an experienced sales professional or looking to break into a new career, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.

Never sold a car before? That's perfectly okay!
Retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurant, call center, or any commission-based experience translates well in this role. We have a strong, hands-on training program that teaches you the process step-by-step. You'll work alongside experienced team members, receive real coaching (not just videos to watch), and get support while you build confidence and skills.

Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Learn about customers' needs and guide them to the right vehicle
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Guide customers through the full sales process from introduction to delivery
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented sales environment
