Full time. Day/Evening. Location: Penn Yan, NY (Finger Lakes Region).
$5000.00 sign on bonus with shift flexibility.
Seeking a compassionate, patient focused Lead Clinical Therapists, to lead our team of Therapists at an outpatient mental health clinic, located in Penn Yan, NY.
The Lead Therapist will undertake planning, problem-solving and quality improvement activities; provide clinical supervision to the clinical team, and assist the department director in assuring smooth, effective delivery of care in response to client and community needs.
The clinic offers individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and behavioral issues in an outpatient setting. The clinic is staffed with licensed social workers, licensed mental health counselors, care managers, and a psychiatrist, offering a truly collaborative approach to care.
The clinic also offers Care Management Services to individuals in need of assistance. These services help individuals navigate their way through other medical services such as, community agencies, housing programs, medications, social services benefits. The clinic operates within a hospital setting, which offers 24-hour crisis services for prompt care of psychiatric emergencies within the Emergency Department.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work with Certification
License: LCSW, or LCSW-R
3 years of experience as a licensed therapist required.
