About the Opportunity: • Job Title: Receptionist • Pay Rate Range: $23.00-$25.00/hr • Location: New Hope, MN • Schedule: 1st Shift Monday–Thursday 8:30AM-5PM & Friday 7:30AM-4PM • Position Type: Temp To Hire Requirements and Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of administrative, data entry, receptionist type duties. • Efficient with word, excel, outlook. • Very personable and kind. • Customer service mindset. • A plus if experience with MAS90 or Sage operating system. Duties and Responsibilities: • Answering the phone and directing calls to the correct department. • Filing. • Typing up quotes for sales department and install department. • Entering sales order. • Post on social media. • Assist in various projects and departments.
