Licensed Mental Health Professional
Location: Norwich, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
Setting: Outpatient (Behavioral Health / Child Welfare)
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join a Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program serving individuals ages 10-21 . This role focuses on providing family-centered, community-based mental health services to support youth in achieving stability and success at home, school, and within their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct child and family-centered assessments and develop individualized service plans
Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings
Deliver skill-building and stabilization support for youth and families
Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed care approaches
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work or related mental health field
Active NY State license: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, or equivalent
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience required
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care
Valid driver's license required
