This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week. #LI-Hybrid #LI-KH2 ­What you will be able to do:eDrive Inverter Industrialization/Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing and documenting the key inverter assembly processes as well as supporting the tier 1 inverter assembler with implementing the inverter assembly processes for production. Key responsibilities include:Developing and documenting inverter manufacturing and assembly processes (i.e. laser welding, PCBA soldering, etc.)Develop and maintain engineering specifications for the inverter assemblySupport tier 1 inverter assembler with adapting inverter assembly processes toward mass productionContribute toward decision making of tier 1 inverter assembler production equipment selectionPrototyping manufacturing tools and fixtures to aid in the inverter assembly processSupport tier 1 inverter assembler with developing/creating manufacturing tools and fixtures for productionConduct DOEs to prove out inverter manufacturing and assembly processesMaintain and procure parts to develop prototype manufacturing tools/fixturesFull timePosting Date: 2026-06-23
