Avenue at Macedonia Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and help us deliver exceptional care to the residents who call our community home.

As our Director of Nursing, you will:

• Lead and support a dedicated team of nurses and caregivers

• Ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices

• Coach, mentor, and inspire nursing staff to achieve their full potential

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes

• Promote a positive, professional, and compassionate work environment

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio

• Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• A passion for resident care and team development

• Ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability
