Location: Harrisburg, PA
Hybrid Role
Required someone with 7-9 years of experience
Job Description:
Active PMP certification from PMI for at least 5 years
7 9 years of relevant Project Management experience
Proven experience leading the implementation of a new EHR/EMR system
Experience transitioning an organization from paper-based charting/medical records to an electronic system
Experience leading the full EHR implementation lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, governance, and transition to operations
Strong experience in Health IT, EHR/EMR, or Health Informatics
Experience managing complex technical initiatives involving multiple IT teams and vendors
Strong project planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, stakeholder communication, and delivery experience
Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Experience working with public health programs or government healthcare organizations
Experience with large-scale enterprise or Commonwealth/state-level IT implementations
Experience coordinating training, testing, change management, and go-live activities
