Workday Consultant

Core ResponsibilitiesIntegration Development: Build, test, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio.Custom Reporting: Create and maintain complex Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports tailored to HR and Finance requirements.Business Processes: Configure and optimize business processes (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting) and maintain Workday Calculated Fields. System Upgrades: Support bi-annual Workday releases by performing impact analysis, regression testing, and adopting new features. Compliance & Security: Adhere to strict financial data privacy and compliance guidelines by configuring domain security, business process security policies, and role-based permissions.Technical Skills8+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and development experience.Workday Toolset: Deep technical knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.Programming Skills: Familiarity with web service integrations (REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, and APIs).Soft Skills: Ability to translate complex human resource or financial problems into scalable, secure engineering solutions.Desired / Bonus QualificationsExperience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics.Workday Certifications (e.g., Workday Studio Developer, Core HCM, or Integrations).Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or highly regulated corporate sectors.
