Lead Workday HRIS Consultant

We're seeking a Lead Workday HRIS Consultant to provide functional leadership across the Workday platform and broader HR technology landscape. This role will support the configuration, optimization, and delivery of Workday solutions across Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, and related HR processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders while remaining hands-on with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, and system enhancements. You'll play a key role in driving HR technology initiatives, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and mentoring junior HRIS team members.
