We are working with a key client partner in Charlotte, NC and are looking for a strategic and results-oriented HR Generalist to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution. Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace matters in both languages. Assist with conflict resolution, conduct investigations, and document findings.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions (sourcing, screening, and interviewing). Coordinate new-hire orientation, safety training, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Translation & Localization: Translate HR policies, handbooks, safety materials, and company-wide announcements into Spanish to ensure all employees understand expectations and rights.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state (e.G., North Carolina), and local labor regulations (e.G., ADA, FMLA, I-9 verification).
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Language: Full professional fluency (written and spoken) in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience: 2- 4 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or coordinator role.
  • Education: Bachelor' s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of US employment laws, EEO compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with modern HRIS platforms (e.G., ADP, Workday, Dayforce).
  • Soft Skills: High level of discretion, empathy, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to handle confidential information.
