I began my career with State Farm in 2015 as a sales team member and opened my agency in Freeburg in 2019. Since then, we’ve grown into a team of five and are continuing to expand.

I grew up in the Mascoutah School District and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. I take pride in serving the same community that helped shape me.

Cassie Erschen - State Farm Agent is a trusted insurance provider committed to delivering excellent service to our clients. We are looking for a friendly and organized Telemarketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable with both administrative and outbound call tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing them to our insurance options.
• Engage in friendly, informative conversations to identify potential customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a telemarketing or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
