Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Product Manager Lead opportunity - Hybrid (3 days) in McLean. Responsibilities for Product Manager Lead include but are not limited to:

· Partner with business, risk, and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations for the PFE (Potential Future Exposure) platform.

· Define, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap, working closely with the Tech Lead to support platform enhancements and strategic initiatives.

· Create and maintain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for initiatives related to data quality, reporting, automation, model risk testing, and platform modernization.

· Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and stakeholder updates to ensure timely delivery.

· Drive improvements in automation, regulatory compliance, reporting capabilities, and platform standardization while serving as the primary point of contact for escalations and business requests.

Candidates for Product Manager Lead must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 8–10 years of Product Management/Product Owner experience, preferably within Risk Management, Capital Markets, Banking, or Financial Services.

· Strong understanding of Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, or trading/risk management platforms.

· Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and roadmap ownership.

· Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product initiatives.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and executive-level business partners.

· Pay: $80.95/hr. - $85/hr.

· Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $80.95 to $85.00 per hour
