Skilled Nursing LPN - DaysA Skilled Nursing LPN is needed for a day-shift opening in Richland Center, Wisconsin 53581. The position is based at 25951 Circle View Lane in a skilled nursing environment.
The LPN will support residents and the nursing team during the morning schedule. This opening includes an every-other-weekend obligation and requires dependable availability for the stated shift hours.Position Details

- Shift: 8-hour days, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Setting: Skilled nursing
- Provide practical nursing support to residents in the skilled nursing environment.
- Follow established care plans, nursing procedures, and assigned shift routines.
- Observe and document resident status and report relevant changes to the nursing team.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to maintain consistent resident care.
- Complete required documentation and responsibilities for the assigned shift.
- LPN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment.
- Ability to work the 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule.
- Availability for every-other-weekend coverage.
- Ability to complete the responsibilities of a day-shift skilled nursing LPN.
