Title Dental Receptionist with Dental Assistant Experience Job Description Chairside Assisting: Provide efficient Dental Assisting support to the dentist during various clinical procedures. Front Desk Administration: Perform Dental Receptionist duties, including greeting patients, managing phone communication, and scheduling appointments. Patient Flow: Ensure a smooth transition for patients between the reception area and treatment rooms. Clinic Preparation: Assist with preparing treatment rooms, maintaining sterilization, and managing inventory as needed. Communication: Serve as a key communicator, coordinating information between patients, clinical staff, and administrative personnel. Salary Range part-time $17 - $25 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefits Perks: Free on-site parking is available. Shift & Schedule Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Typical Hours: Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekends: Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. Requirements Experience: Prior experience in a dental office setting is needed (covering both dental assisting and receptionist duties). Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform both chairside assisting and front desk administrative tasks proficiently. Preferences Current status as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). Experience with dental practice management software.
