Duty Manager

Job Description Supervise all hotel operations during the assigned shift including front desk housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to guest requests complaints and emergencies Manage staffing levels delegate tasks and motivate team members to deliver excellent service Monitor adherence to hotel policies health and safety regulations and quality standards Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and facilities to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving related to guest issues or team concerns Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication Prepare and maintain shift reports including incidents guest feedback and operational updates Support the management team with employee training scheduling and performance evaluations as needed Ensure financial control measures such as cash handling billing accuracy and inventory management are followed Qualifications Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure Good organizational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays BSC degree in Hospitality Management or relevant experience Additional Information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our Academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world #J-18808-Ljbffr ACCOR
