Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong post-operative recovery experience and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Manage pain control and post-operative complications.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and healthcare teams.
• Provide patient and family education regarding recovery and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Minimum of 2 years of PACU or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical recovery environment.
Schedule
• Day Shift
• 5x8 Hour Shifts
• Typical Start Times: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 1:30 PM based on surgical schedule and unit needs.
• 40 Hours Per Week
